our story
Jason and Brandee Hagan met in 2019 while working at Bowman’s North in Riegelsville, PA where Jason
was the Executive Chef and Brandee the General Manager. They realized they shared a
passion for the restaurant industry. Chef Jason, a Lehigh Valley native, found his calling in
cooking after serving in the US Army. He has a reputation for being efficient, hard-working and
blessed with culinary talent and helped to open and operate many high-level restaurants in the
area. Brandee was raised in Bucks County and began working in the restaurant industry at an
early age, continuously growing and learning from her mentors. She began at Earl’s New
American in Peddlers Village where she trained under Chef Bill Murphy. She used her
experience to help open Bowman’s North where she was motivated and inspired by owner
James Seward to open a restaurant of her own.
Jason and Brandee also realized that they shared a love for each other and married in 2023.
They have a big, beautiful family with children Corey, Lily, Charlotte and Addison. They
launched their own catering and meal service in 2023, Hagan Catering, which enables Chef
Jason to combine his fascination for new cultures, fresh ingredients, modern techniques and his
love for traditional favorites. This is where he came up with his contemporary concept for
Hagan’s Restaurant & Bar
